Hello and welcome to my profile!
I'm an English teacher from the UK. I was born in London, grew up near Brighton in the south of England, and studied at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Since then, I have lived in Canada, Spain and France which is where I currently live.
I love learning languages (French and Spanish) and I believe it is one of the most rewarding things we can do in our lives. It gives us new opportunities, new experiences and brings us closer together. I teach English to share my passion for languages with as many people as I can.
I also love sports, hiking, reading, history, and learning new things in general. I recently started learning to play piano!Ja jako nauczyciel
The best way to learn English is by having fun. My goal is to bring the language to life and to give lessons that you will find interesting and engaging.
I'm very supportive, patient and encouraging and I create a learning environment that is both relaxed and focused so that you can achieve your goals.
I have been teaching on Italki for two years but I also work in a Language school for adults so I have lots of experience teaching students of all levels online and face to face.

Callum's ability to encourage even introverts like myself to engage in conversation is truly amazing. He has a positive and friendly approach that makes our lessons comfortable and enjoyable. With a keen eye for detail, he identifies my mistakes and guides me towards improvement. His teaching materials are rich with new vocabulary and provide the basis for engaging discussions.
