As a teacher, I do understand that people are different, and having individualized lesson plans to meet students' needs is very important. I also believe patience is needed in the field of teaching. I enjoy a learner-centered type of teaching. It is more inclusive and it allows students to remember what they are being taught. Through the use of assignments, class exercises, and quizzes I can easily evaluate the progress of my students.
