Had a nice lesson with teacher Joey again. Learned more verbs and nouns to add to my vocabulary. Each week we learn more words and make sentences with them. I’ve gotten much better at making correct sentences. I struggled with connector words at first but now I’m understanding which words to use, where they belong in a sentence and why I’m using them. Teacher Joey is a teacher I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn Tagalog or Bisaya. He is professional and he’s also a really nice guy. He’s calm and easy to talk to. I feel that I have learned a lot from him

Great lesson with Joey as we focused on a grammar concept in which he prepared a well thought out Powerpoint slide filled with concise explanations and many examples to demonstrate. In addition we had a enjoyable ending conversational exercise about personal hygiene. Joey as always keep his lessons light-hearted and ensures that he keeps me very engaged.
