My name is Claire, I'm French and I live near Paris. I'm a failed actress. No, I'm joking, but I love acting, I take acting classes (this year, it's improvisation, which isn't easy!), I also like dancing a lot, especially salsa, and I like cycling, but what I like the most is reading. I've just finished a strange novel set on the border between Argentina and Chile, which was a real change of scenery, but I honestly didn't understand everything. As students are all different, I have developed several ways of working. If you need to start from scratch, I have the material for that, grammar and vocabulary lessons already created and that will be very useful to us. If you'd like to discuss something but don't know what, we can use newspaper articles, extracts from novels and song lyrics, in other words, what teachers call “authentic documents” - which will also tell you a little about the culture of the French-speaking world.
