Federico

Federico is a great teacher and fluent in English. He speaks very clearly and naturally, asks great questions to promote conversation, and can always clear up any doubts I have. He is respectful and attentive and fun to talk to. I have learned so much in a short amount of time!

I had a terrific lesson with Federico. He's very prepared and I like his teaching method. He's clear in both Spanish and English, and he's very willing to explain the nuances of the Spanish language. I'm definitely going to take another class with him.

I have taken a lot of Spanish in my life - most of which I have forgotten. Federico is kind, extremely patient and a pleasure to learn with. I don't feel like he judges me if I don't know or can't remember something. Instead he is very supportive. He has also adapted his teaching style to meet my needs. I look forward to learning with Federico for the foreseeable future!

Today marks my first full hour lesson and the launch towards my 2025 goal of achieving fluency in Spanish. Federico was super helpful and allowed me to talk as much as I could - and helped me when I got stuck. I asked questions about his city - weather, altitude, the coldest, wettest, warmest. He allowed me to drift - but towards the end we focused on the words I immediately recognized and new words in Unit 1 the book we are using to structure our lessons. He switched to English when he wanted me to fully understand. I encountered a Mexican family in the shopping mall today - and I had to courage to talk with them and gave them directions. We can do this!
