Diana

Diana keeps track of the suggestions and corrections to my vocabulary and phrasing during our free form conversation, then reviews them with me towards the end of the lesson and sends them to me in google docs. Part of the lesson is grammar, currently the how and when of the subjunctive, and I ask for homework because she sends very useful and never tedious exercises with explanations.

Very very smart, both in English and Spanish. She is an amazing teacher and an amazing friend. Can’t wait for our next class.

Diana is an amazing Spanish instructor. Our kids are learning SO much. I love the fact that Diana tailors the lessons to each kid’s interests and abilities. Every class is fun and full of great conversation, grammar and comprehension. I have noticed how each of my kids has improved in listening and speaking Spanish. Diana is hands down the best language instructor I've ever had the pleasure of learning from. First and foremost, she is wicked smart and truly knows her Spanish inside and out. This is absolutely essential for any student who wants to gain a deep understanding of the language, and Diana nails it every time. On top of being an expert in her field, she's also incredibly fun and easy to talk to. In fact, my days always get a little brighter when I know I have a class with Diana. Over the years, she's not just been an instructor, but she has also become a genuine friend, and I'm so grateful for the connection we’ve built. What really sets Diana apart, though, is how much she goes above and beyond for her students. She makes sure that each student gets the support they need, no matter what. For me, she’s always there with extra effort—whether it’s providing corrections in the Skype chat, sharing new vocabulary, or being patient through every step of the learning process.

I had a great first class with Diana. I can tell she is an experienced and knowledgeable teacher. Her high level of English proficiency is really helpful, as she can easily translate words from English to Spanish.

I like the exercises she has prepared. They challenge me.
