Luxembourgish is predominantly a spoken language. My goal is to help you build foundational communication skills for everyday interactions, followed by a more comprehensive exploration of the language.
In our lessons, we'll use selections from literature and media, alongside original materials that I've developed in collaboration with my sister, who is also a Luxembourgish teacher on italki. Phil is a superb Luxembourgish teacher. Thanks to him, I passed C1 Luxembourgish and continue to progress. He has a wealth of knowledge about how Luxembourgish became what it is today and about the history of the country. Our conversations are always engaging and I take something valuable away from each lesson.

I started learning Luxembourgish with Phil from scratch, and thanks to his classes and guidance that I passed the Sproochentest. I'm sticking with his lessons to become fluent in the language.
