Al momento de planear mis clases, siempre parto de las necesidades y preferencias de los estudiantes. Al establecer objetivos, tengo siempre en cuenta qué es lo que mi estudiante necesita y qué le interesa para poder hacer ameno y significativo el proceso de aprendizaje. Así mismo, puedo desarrollar clases enfocadas en una sola habilidad o integrándolas todas. Pre-service TeacherI worked in this public institution for one year and a half as a pre-service teacher. I thought the English subject in second, third, fourth and fifth grade. I planned and developed the classes according to the school syllabus and I received feedback from my headteacher and supervisor during this period.

English TeacherI have worked in this binational center for almost six years now. First as an English teacher of the kids and teens program in which I have taught students from 7 to 17 years old. The last year, I have been working there as a Junior teacher, supporting activities on the AVM laboratory, the main bilingual library and providing tutoring sessions for the teens and kids program.

French teacherI had the opportunity to work in this language institute for one year as a French teacher for the first 5 levels offered there. I taught teenagers from 11 to 16 years old, young adults from 20 to 30 years old.

Adriana is enthusiastic and has a real passion for teaching. I always look forward to lessons and am really excited by the progress I've made, I feel that since working with Adriana the idea of becoming fluent in Spanish really is posible. Of course learning a language requires a lot of practice and hard work, and Adriana continues to push me by providing me with a variety of resources to help assist my learning outside of classes.
Despite the obvious challenges and frustrations of learning a language, classes with Adriana are always fun and while we rarely resort to using English, it certainly helps that Adriana's fluency in English helps her to understand the pitfalls of an English speaker learning Spanish, as well as having a real grasp of the nuance between the two languages.
I can't recommend lessons with Adriana enough!

I am a lawyer from the United States and I am serious about learning Spanish for business and personal reasons. I have been using Adriana along with a couple other tutors for around 6 months. Adriana is INCREDIBLY smart in general and you can tell she has a rock-solid education in teaching languages. She is without a doubt an educated, professional language teacher. She has come close to mastering English as a second language and speaks almost like a native speaker from the United States, which is nice because she can explain things perfectly in English when needed. And she has this innocent, cute personality that make her lessons very enjoyable. If you're serious about learning Spanish, and want a highly educated, professional Spanish professor to help you one-on-one, I can't recommend Adriana enough. She far exceeds the quality of person I would expect to find teaching Spanish on a website like this. Thanks Adriana.

I used to be so nervous right before my spanish classes and now I like forward to them and I'm so excited for them and it's all thanks to Adriana 😁. She really helped me improve my spanish so much and has made me feel so comfortable speaking to her. I had to miss a few weeks of classes and I was so excited to have this class. It was like catching up with a friend. Thank you so much Adriana! 😁🤗
