In the last few years, I have gained a lot of experience in private tutoring with adults of different levels. I therefore always take into account your personal learning needs and your learning style.
In my lessons, I use a variation of methods, so It never gets boring for you. We will work with videos, articles, podcasts and other media.

You want to get more confident in speaking and extend your vocabulary as well? In the conversation lessons we will talk about topics, which you’re interested in, and you will not only enhance your speaking skills, you will also expand your knowledge of German customs, as well as of certain idioms and slangs.
You need to prepare for a German exam (e.g. Goethe, telc) or for an important job interview? Then the tailored lessons are perfect for you. In the first lesson, we’ll discuss your goals and set a plan based on your wishes.

Maria is such an amazing teacher. I really recommend her to anyone who wishes to learn German and wants to feel completely supported in their language journey. Not only does she help me feel at ease when speaking, but she also helps me understand every mistake I make. Maria asks lots of exciting questions and is genuinely interested in what I am up to. Every lesson flies by and I always look forward to our next classes. She really cares about your success, always going above and beyond to help you. Es war eine schöne Zeit mit Maria. She is super supportive and helps you along the way. There is not one lesson where we don’t share a few laughs. Best German tutor on italki.
