Hi! I'm Elsa, a native Portuguese speaker from Cape Town, South Africa. I'm a language teacher with 3 years of experience teaching English, and now I’m excited to teach Portuguese as well. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a translator and child educator, gaining valuable skills in communication and working with learners of all ages.
I have a passion for languages and connecting with people. I’m currently learning Spanish and French, which gives me insight into the challenges my students face when learning a new language. Outside of teaching, I enjoy the gym, watching movies, exploring new hobbies, and listening to music. I love talking about culture, travel, and many topics.Ja jako nauczyciel

This was a good first lesson with Elsa. I was looking for some extra conversation practice. During our introductions Elsa was keen to ascertain my conversational level in Portuguese. She allowed me to speak without interruption until I got stuck or asked for help, correcting errors and providing feedback at suitable moments. Elsa has a very friendly and supportive manner.

I had my first lesson with Elsa Mota today, and it was fantastic! Mota is kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and tailored the lesson to my learning needs. I truly enjoyed our session and am looking forward to more lessons together. Highly recommended!
