My name is Teacher Janet "Teacher JHA" from the Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English here in my small province.
Presently, working as a Public teacher in my hometown for more than a decade. I am happy to say that teaching is indeed a very challenging profession. You will be dealing with jolly and sweet teenagers who are full of energy and enthusiasm. It is rewarding to gain your learners' trust, touch their hearts and count you as a part of their learning journey.
I also attended various training, seminars, webinars, and others to upgrade my skills to the new teaching methodologies, techniques, practices this time of the Pandemic.

Teaching is the toughest and the most challenging profession that I have known since you are dealing with learners with different behaviors, upbringings, and interests. So, I always see to it that I give my best and try to reach them out.
As a teacher, I am dedicated, preserve, and patient since teaching is my passion. I often simplified the lessons of my learners since each one of them is unique. Therefore, it is very important to know their strengths and weaknesses for fruitful and meaningful learning.
I also encourage my learners to voice out and share their ideas, and thoughts in order to be heard and develop their confidence and self-esteem since it is two way of learning process.Moje lekcje & Styl nauczania
As I plan my lessons ahead of time, I anticipate that my learners will enjoy, appreciate, and have a great time performing every task assigned. I give varied teaching activities based on their level of understanding like film viewing, PowerPoint presentations, reading out loud, free talk, and others.
I also ensure that my learners will learn a lot during our session and apply what they will adapt in real-life situations while having a great time learning.
Indeed, lessons provided to the learners are on spiral progression that they can easily understand the topics well. There are lots of things to consider in learning. It needs to plan carefully and engage themselves throughout the lesson.Moje materiały dydaktyczne

Great lesson with Janet! We learned about asking "how?" questions and the difference between "paano" and "gaano". We also reviewed "who?" and "what?" questions. Janet shows how to make the questions more than one way. When I seem unsure of an answer, Janet will have us work through another example to be sure that I understand!

Great lesson today with Janet! :)
I have struggled to find a teacher for my level- I'm not a beginner, but I've forgotten a lot of Tagalog making it difficult to form simple sentences without Spanish or Japanese sneaking in. Janet was very patient and only helped me fill in the blanks when she was sure I didn't know.
