Hello. My name is Pearl from the Philippines. I worked as an English as a Second Language Teacher for a year and as a Nurse Educator for 4 years using English as a medium of instruction. I've been an online English Tutor for 4 years now. As an ESL teacher, I taught English grammar, speaking, and daily conversations to students off all ages. I conducted individual and group classes. It is a challenge to adjust teaching styles to the students’ different English levels. I believe that the first step to achieving any goal is to plan specific steps to reach that goal. The motivation must come from the student. Yet, the teacher plays a vital role in keeping their students motivated by continuously finding ways to make learning fun and worthwhile. Moreover, a sincere word of encouragement can go a long way towards boosting their determination to reach their goal. With regards to my teaching style, I encourage my students to converse in the English language no matter how many mistakes they make in the process because I believe that is the best way to learn.Moje materiały dydaktyczne

Pearl is a very friendly, helpful, and patient teacher. She has a great sense of humour and can perfectly deal with kids. I highly appreciate her way of communication and methods of teaching my son Daniel. The classes with Pearl are very funny and involving.
