Hana Sensei's lessons are always fun, challenging, and jam-packed with unique learning opportunities. We always start with a fun conversation, review lots of vocabulary, and chapter concepts.
However, today's lesson was exceptional. Hana Sensei drew a picture of a full length girl and illustrated how to use new verbs: kaburimasu かぶります (put something on your head i.e., hat), kimasu きます (put clothes on the upper body i.e., tshirt), hakimasu はきます (put clothes/shoes on below the waist i.e., pants, shoes) and a bonus verb tsukemasu つけます (put on accessories i.e., yubiwa (a ring). Since I wear glasses, she taught me the correct verb to use, kakemasu, かけます, to describe putting on glasses, too! Now, I can describe what I and others are wearing or putting on!
Thank you, Hana Sensei, for such amazing and super fun lessons!
Recently, I started taking 2 lessons per week! Now, I'm able to speak Japanese more than ever before.
