Takashi is cool, calm, and collected. He focuses on getting you to speak and makes you feel comfortable speaking with him.

Takashi san spoke very clearly, and he didn’t speak too fast, which made the conversation easy to follow. He was kind, calm and patient. A good experience!

Takashi-san is an amazing tutor that is always encouraging and genuinely interested in my Japanese progress. He works hard to ensure each lesson aligns with my goals and interests, often creating extra examples for tougher topics to make sure I truly understand the concept. He finds ways to weave in shared interests and ask relevant questions, which helps me regularly practice my more conversational vocabulary and grammar as well. Each lesson is enjoyable and productive because of his ability to create a comfortable learning environment. I always finish our sessions feeling more confident and motivated to keep learning!
