Hello everyone! My name is Takashi.
みなさんこんにちは、タカシです。
I was born and raised in Japan.
私は日本で生まれ育ちました。
I have lived in America as an exchange college student for 9 months.
大学４年の時にアメリカに９ヶ月間、交換留学生として留学していた経験があります。
So even though I still constantly make mistakes in English, I can communicate with you in English as well.
ですので、まだまだ英語でのミスは多いですが、英語を話すこともできます。
I've completed my master degree in Informatics, after which I've worked for a Japanese company as an engineer.

Takashi-sensei was very patient and helpful. We had a great conversation practice that allowed me to free-style practice my speaking skills and assisted me with vocabulary and grammar as we spoke. Very comfortable teaching style

Takashi san spoke very clearly, and he didn’t speak too fast, which made the conversation easy to follow. He was kind, calm and patient. A good experience!

Takashi-san is an amazing tutor that is always encouraging and genuinely interested in my Japanese progress. He works hard to ensure each lesson aligns with my goals and interests, often creating extra examples for tougher topics to make sure I truly understand the concept. He finds ways to weave in shared interests and ask relevant questions, which helps me regularly practice my more conversational vocabulary and grammar as well. Each lesson is enjoyable and productive because of his ability to create a comfortable learning environment. I always finish our sessions feeling more confident and motivated to keep learning!

Takashi sensei is an expert at creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for conversation practice! He is kind and approachable, and knows how to help you practice speaking while introducing new useful vocabulary throughout. Definitely recommend trying a lesson
