I myself have learned many foreign languages. I can relate to a situation when you start learning, it all goes well for a while and then it all just stops and no matter what you do, you cannot move on and improve your language level. I've developed different strategies that worked for myself and for my students and I will be happy to share them with you.

I LOVE it to teach, to learn and sharing knowledge. We have the ability to constantly learn something new. And if we´re enjoying it, then learning becomes easy - that helps us to reach our goals faster. And if some things need more time then accept it and don´t, everything is a process. If the seed is planes the flower will bloom when time is right. Many of my students are saying that I´m funny – I believe them. In that case I guess our lessons could be fun but I´m also patient, helpful, and supportive.

Lessons with me are based on practice and repetition, i.e. we will speak a lot - so that you can also use the German you have learned.

Interesting conversations at your language level. My preferred way of learning and teaching languages is through conversation, songs and games. We can talk about the cultures of different countries, current affairs or about art, music, literature, film and TV. This is a good way of getting comfortable in a language and of using words and phrases that are actually useful. We can look at a song together and think about the words. Perhaps you can learn the words of songs by heart for your homework in order to memorise useful expressions.

Teaching you to speak a good German, exam preparation.... I have experience teaching German on all levels. I accompanied/taught several students from zero to a high level (C1 exams or higher). I have experience in preparing students for "Goethe" and "telc" exams. I am happy to teach absolute beginners as well as advanced learners.

I come from a family of teachers. I had several opportunities to teach English to primary school classes. In my time as an Au pair in the USA, I also had my host kids as my first German students.

Ich denke, meine Aufgabe in dieser Welt ist die Lehre. Sprachen sind dabei ein Weg, zu globalem Wissen und zu einer besseren Welt beizutragen. For the past 10+ years I have been working as a translator, reviser, interpreter and language teacher. I have a Bachelor and Master level professional degree in translation and interpretation. German teacher with multiple years of experience with a passion for foreign languages Given the fact that I have learned two foreign languages to fluency (I am working on the third one and more) I have been able to collect quite some experience what it means to learn a new language.
