CELTA certification acquired in December 2020. My experience started in 2018 in Peru where I taught English in two language schools for a year. In the meantime I applied to be a community tutor here at Italki where I have been teaching not only English but also Portuguese and Spanish. IELTS Certified English Teacher with more than 9 years of experience After I finished high school (2013, when I was 17) I was hired by a local Language School to teach English part-time, as I had also started Law School. I graduated from Law School but decided to keep teaching, which is something I do until this day and intend to do for a long time. So I have plenty of experience. I've used books from several widely known institutions and have attended several trainings, but I find that conversation is the best way to learn as all the other aspects of the language can be developed from that.
