I'm very patient with my students and I encourage them to make mistakes because that's the only way they can learn. Details are very important to me, so I tend to focus on them; things such as pronunciation, accent mark( if we are writing ), sentence structure are very important. I like to correct without interrupting so I usually let my students finish their sentence before giving them a tip.

Tenho vários anos de experiência no Italki, com algum material bem útil. Vivi em Inglaterra e Suíça e senti a necessidade de falar uma língua estrangeira, para além de entender o que é essencial ou capricho. Por outro lado, verifiquei que o Português é ensinado de uma maneira muito defeituosa aos estrangeiros, permitindo uma aparência de aprendizagem rápida mas obrigando-os a estagnar depois sem nenhuma perspectiva na compreensão real e mais sofisticada da língua. Ensino a todas idades, desde crianças até idosos.

Uma das coisas que mais gosto de fazer é compartilhar com outras pessoas aquilo que sei. Ser professora, para mim, é esse gesto de partilha, antes de tudo.
