It's not an Italian idionatic phrase, but it's grammar is correct. The meaning depends on the context. Warning: some contexts don't give meaning to an expression other than the fact that they give an opportunity to the Author of showing off how clever he can be with words, and making us talk about "what's the meaning of THAT?", so that we'll start to remember THAT song, THAT brand of a product, THAT band. IF this is a case, it's a plain-vanilla example of words used to manipulate thoughts, actually to coerce us into thinking ...

Ciao, il ballo della vita è il titolo dell’album dei Maneskin. Non sta ad indicare una espressione. Grazie ☺️

The manneskin chose to title their album "Il ballo della vita", because the dance = (il ballo) is a way to unite people, it makes us free and makes our more spontaneus part come out. They want to celebrate the youth and freedom Il ballo della vita = the dance of life

I know you read it on Damiano's chest :) It doesn't mean nothing in particular. It says that life is like a dance, something chaotic and fun at the same time!

Literally it means “the dance of the life”. The Maneskin chose this title to celebrate youth and freedom.
