Hi everyone! How would you paraphrase “If I understood you correctly”? Are there any other natural ways of saying it in English? TIA

If I've understood you correctly.....

I think that sounds perfect that’s how we would say it in the USA. But other English speaking countries might be different. God bless Ukraine!

The other answers are good. You can also say: "Let me see if I get this..." and then confirm the information with the other person. For example: "Let me see if I get this...You want to go to the store after work?" Good luck.

If the meaning you intended is what I think it was... If I am interpreting your words correctly... If I'm hearing you right... If I got your gist... If I'm on your wavelength... If I understand you correctly... (the tense makes no difference) If you meant to say what I think you meant to say...

I like saying, "Correct if I'm wrong but you are saying that...."
