Do they sound natural? 1) I find myself being seized with nostalgia every time listen to this song (somehow). 2) I'm having a fit of nostalgia every time listen to this song.

Hello Simba Id like to address #2. +I am having+ has the form of the present progressive (tense). This tense is mainly used to talk about actions occurring in the moment. Examle: I am having breakfast (right now). At the end of the sentence, it says +every time+ which isnt occurring at the moment. My recommendation: rewrite the sentence using a different tense, and lets check it.

Looks perfect to me, unless you want to get pedantic.

Hi, I'd like to add to Mister Dann's answer about number 2. If you feel nostalgic, you are in a state of being. So, we don't use the present continuous for states. Do a web search on 'stative verbs.' Cheers

No. In addition to the tense issue of the 2nd one, ‘seize’ and ‘fit’ aren’t usually the words we’d use. They’re more violent and often used with something that is very strong and incapacitating, for example ‘seized with fear’ I’m overcome with nostalgia.. I become nostalgic…. I feel nostalgic …. I feel nostalgia … I’m overcome with nostalgia every time I hear this song. (I’m not trying to feel nostalgic, it just happens) If I want to feel nostalgic, I listen to this song. (Deliberate)
