When I think about small changes I analyze my habits. They are the real way to make life better. For example, it is a glass of warm water in the morning for awakening or a scratchy foot mat. Also I like jumping and dancing to awake the blood flow, take a contrast shower. All these small steps give me energy and help feel better and be more effective during the day.

For example, I have a glass of warm water in the morning to wake me up or I use a scratchy feet mat. Also I like jumping and dancing or taking a hot shower to stimulate the blood flow. All these small steps give me energy and help me feel better and be more effective during the day.
