나는 피곤해 (I am tired.) Informal, impolite

피곤한 is a noun modifying form. It goes directly in front of a noun. You can't add "이다" (이에요/입니다) after words in the noun modifying form. This is an effect of trying to directly translate/thinking in English. You're trying to say "am (이다) tired (피곤한)". This is incorrect. "Adjectives" in Korean are actually descriptive verbs and already have the meaning of existence built in. So 피곤하다 already means "to be tired". You don't add "이다" after it. 이다 is used to say the one noun equals another noun.

저는 한국나이로 18살이에요. (I'm 18 years old.) Informal polite (This is my Korean age. I'm actually 17 (:)

You probably just want to practice your numbers, but it would be written numerically. "한국나이로" means in Korean age.
