They're usually synonymous.

although in certain cases, go in and walk in can be used interchangeably when you're referring to the action of walking in somewhere–e.g., a room, a meeting, etc–go in has significantly more broad use cases, all of which you can look up online. Walk in just refers to the action of walking into something or somewhere.
