What is the meaning of ‘I’ll do my humble best for you”? Does it sound more polite when compared to ‘I’ll do my best for you”? Appreciate if anyone could do me a favour!

Yes, more polite although I don’t know who would say it. Similar to In my humble opinion IMHO which you might see on the internet.
