He fell into the sea for the storm. He fell into the sea because of the storm. Do these two sentences mean the same? Are these two sentences interchangeable? Thank you very much!

The first sentence "He fell into the sea for the storm" doesn't make sense. It is "he fell into the sea because of the storm/due to the storm/by the force of the stormy waves
