"Remind it to me" or Remind to me", wich one is correct. Also, I would like to know if equal in american english.

Actually, neither one is correct. If you are talking about a specific thing, you say "Remind me of it." If you were just asking to be reminded, you would say "Remind me."

Renne and Leanna are right!!! Let me give you an example: A: Remember to call Diana tomorrow! B: Please, remind me of it in the morning.
