officially,or=あるいは(a lu i wa) but, in daily life we often say nouns first, then use the word"どち(do chi)", which means"which"

Japanese isn't that simple. You need to be far more specific. or = それとも But there are plenty of other ways to say it.

or=または(ma ta wa)、それとも、あるいは this one or that one ?=これですか? それとも あれですか? ⇒in this case, 'or' is unnessesary to transrate ,so 'this one or that one ?’= これですか?あれですか?
