Qué Guay! Cuando podría usar está frase? Me ha dicho que significa 'cool.' En ingles y en el EEUU usamos está frase en muchos situaciónes diferentes. Que son las límites usar... Qué Guay!

In Spain it's pretty much the same as cool, yep. Qué guay - so cool. La peli estuvo guay - the film it was cool. ¿Quieres vino? Guay - Want some wine? Cool.

En Colombia no la usamos, pero la he escuchado, y pienso que es algo como decir, algo "chevere", "genial", "wow" "cool"

yes, It's like cool, but it's only valid in Mexico.
I think "Buenísimo" will be a better word valid everywhere. (is not used very often, but everyone can understand you)

en Costa Rica no se usa,,,, creo que se usa mas en México...si es así, no es igual que cool... sino como "amigo" pero no se si será solo en confianza
