Is the word "shun" still use today? I heard from someone in T.V. show said "I offered him a support but he shun me off". This is a new word for me so I looked for definition of this word in dictionary. It means reject in this context. I want to know is this word still use today or not?

I think you made a mistake. He probably said 'shut me off". In any case, "shun" is a fine word and is in common usage.

"Shun" is definitely in common use, but your example is a very strange use of it (please tell me if I'm mistaken on this). Did you quote it correctly? It makes more sense to read it as "he shut me off". "To shun" means to avoid. The past tense is "shunned".
