Means "You look younger than your age" ?
I dont know if this is correct to say..in a polite way if i just met someone or
당신은 얼굴이 나이보다 어려 보이네요 ..

I'd say "동안이시네요" (in a polite way) with the honorific marker "-시-".

We say, 당신은 당신 나이보다 어려보입니다.
more informal expresion is 나이보다 어려보여요.
