Ojalá estuviera allí. Quién pudiera estar allí. Ya me gustaría estar allí. There are a lot of possibilities, all mean the same.

Why so complicated? I'd say: Quisiera estar allí! Or: Como me gustaria estar allí.

You probably meant to say, I wish I were there. English has a subjunctive also.
