*remember : recall to the mind; store in the memory. for example : Can you remember all your classmates at high school ? *remind : cause to remember, cause to recall for example : I left a note to remind him feeding baby at 10 o'clock.

Remember is used when a person remembers to do something on his or her own. Remember is also used to express recollections of a past event. Remind is indicating that someone has reminded someone else to do something. And "remind of " is indicating that someone or something else reminds you of someone or something else. Examples: I remembered, that day was raining when I went home. She reminded me to buy something food for dinner.

I like your photo. It " reminds" me of my plants. Next time when I will water it I will "remember" you for sure :)

You can say "remember to remind me later" if you are asking someone to help you remember something later in the day.
