How do you say "so that" in Mandarin?
For example, "I want to go to China so that I can learn Chinese".

“so that”:以致;以便;结果,为了,表目的。 "I want to go to China so that I can learn Chinese".means"我想去中国以便我学汉语''. If you don't understand please ask me!^-^

以至于,以便,是为了......表目的
"I want to go to China so that I can learn Chinese"可以翻译成“我想去中国,以便我(更好地)学习中文”

so that = for, in order to = 为了 wèi-le

Viana's explanation is great.
But if put the sentence this way would be better.
我想去中国学习汉语。
If you leave out the conjunction, this sentence will sound more natural.
以便is not often used in daily talking
or you can say我想去中国,是为了学习汉语。
