unfixed schedule??
Can I say " I have unfixed schedule"
My working shift is diffrent every week or month.Ex)The first week in Sep ,I work Monday night and Wendnes nighe but the next week I work Suturday night only.But In Oct ,I don't know whis day I have to work ,it is depends on my boss.so can I say I have unfixed schedule or I don't have fixed schedule"?

You could say you work different shifts or that you have a varying shift pattern.

Use "non-fixed" rather than "unfixed".
