What is the meaning of the word drill? Can I understand DRILL as practice? For exemple, I'm drilling my English (I'm practicing my English)?

1. You can only drill people, but not "my English". Example: His teacher drills him daily in the correct use of prepositions. 2. To drill means to instruct (someone) in something by means of repeated exercises or practice.

No, not really. A 'drill' is a specific type of classroom exercise involving repetition. It isn't a synonym of 'practice'.
