Well, that depends a lot on you personal preferences, but I would say that watching movies in Spanish with English/Spanish subtitles is great way to catch the rhythm of the language.
Also reading magazines or surfing the web in Spanish is a good idea.
But my best piece of advice is 'to think' in Spanish every thing you do in your daily life. Yes, It's not a joke, as you have lunch try to describe what you are eating with as many details as possible, as you drive or walk, just describe with your own words what you seeing. Every day you will 'see' or 'do' a number of things you don't know their Spanish term for them, so in a couple of months or less you will have improved a lot you fluency and learned many new words!
