My friend wrote me this and said it's an old Japanese phrase. I can't translate it.
Help me please ^^ お願いします!

It means like, "My pleasure (or 'the pleasure was all mine' is another possible case, I guess), ma'am/sir.", or rather to say "My pleasure (or ditto), my lord." Hope this would help.
