Нести is a determinate verb. Determinate verbs are used to express motion toward a single direction on a single occasion. Eg.: почтальон несёт письмо -- the postman is carrying a letter (now, at this moment) Носить is an indeterminate verb which used to describe an habitual action taking place regularly or often. Eg. почтальон носит почту -- the postman carries mail (as a profession) Other pairs of the deteminate/indeterminate verbs: идти -- ходить бежать -- бегать, лететь -- летать, плыть -- плавать, тащить -- таскать, катить -- катать, нести -- носить, вести -- водить, везти -- возить, ползти -- ползать, лезть -- лазить (лазать), брести -- бродить, гнать -- гонять.

Он носит = "there and back". Many times, to the place of destination and back. Or he simply does it always or generally (every day etc). Он несёт = only "there". He has one initial point and one point of destination, and he is going towards his destination. You emphasize that he is in movement. Он приносит - analogously: he brings something in any place regularly (or right now). Он принесёт - he will bring something in this place only one time (it's the future tense, there is no present tense for perfective verbs).
