Does "researches" not exist? For example: The researches are written in English. A lot of researches are in English. Are these sentences wrong? Because one foreign friend told me, "researches" doesn't exist...

"Researches" can be a verb e.g. "He researches...". It can never be a plural noun though.

I am a university researcher and I find this is a common confusion! There is no plural for research - either one says "There is a considerable amount of research about this topic" or "There are many studies about this topic". So research is singular and more general, whilst words like 'studies' refers to specific pieces of research. Hope this helps!

In English there is only "research." For example, "The research is written in English" or "A lot of research is written in English."
