I am not sure the way it is written as to what street the street number pertains. We will go to the Apollo cinema located at 42nd and 10th. or We will go to the Apollo cinema that is on 42nd street. or We will go to the Apollo cinema that is located at 123 42nd street.

If there is only one Apollo theater, we would just say, "Let's go to the Apollo theater." We would only use the address if there was more than one Apollo theater, or if the driver had no clue where it was. In this case, I would give the street it was ON, or the closest intersection to it. - Take me to the Apollo theater on 42nd Street. - Take me to the Apollo theater near 3rd Avenue and 42nd Street (intersection).

I agree with Tim, I would only add that it could be at an intersection. So it would be written -- "We will go to the Apollo cinema located at 123. Where 42nd and 10th street intersect.
