As a native speaker of American English:
"I am beyond thrilled." simply means 'I am very excited" or "I am very happy"
"beyond" is used to accentuate the word thrilled.
You could also say, "I am beyond angry." "I am beyond excited"

Example:- I am beyond thrilled to enjoy that ride with you.
