so he says: "I am nuts about you!"
and you answer "You are really nuts!"
He says " You are crazy"
You answer: "nuts to you too!"

ok , when someone say i'm nuts : it means : i'm crazy.
, but when u say about any thing : it's nuts , it means : it's nonsense , often it's said about speech u didn't admire

It could mean they are crazy or wild, something close to that. Could be good or bad.
