Hi Felipe, To say "I am not agree" is grammatically wrong. The correct form is "I disagree" or "I don't agree".

Either, 'I do not agree with (someone) on (something). or 'I disagree with (someone) on (something). NEVER I AM ;) Hope all goes well.

Either "I do not agree." or "I disagree." If you simple say, "I disagree" be prepared for the other person to ask you why you disagree.
