"I am adroit in English." Is this sentence grammatically correct?

It is grammatically OK, but "adroit" is not the right choice of word. This adjective does not make a lot of sense in the context of a language ability. "Fluent" would be the natural word to use here.

You can say this, but not many people would use the word adroit in everyday conversations.
