Have a passion for , be passionate about, are preposition s correct? My speech goes like this I am a passionate about / of English.I do not know why , it just appeals to me greatly .since I started learning this language when I was 12 years old , I have been really keen on it. Possibly because I seemed to have a natural ability to learn languages and I didn't have to spend long hours at home stuyindg it as it happened with my other subjects. Does it sound natural? Thank k you

I am passionate *about* English is correct.

What a very inspired speech! :-) Not sure it is for oral purposes, or for a written assignment. For the latter, I would recommend you to use spell check, as there are some typing mistakes in your text: - I am passionate about English (not "I am a passionate") - at home studying (not "at home stuyindg") - and also, start your sentences with a capital letter and be careful with your commas (no space between the word and the comma) Hope this helps! It is very good! The only change I would make is to say "like" instead of "as it happened.."
