The english word I know is 'flirt', usually it's a verb.
He flirts with all the girls. She flirted with me.
But it can also be a noun:
You are such a flirt!
Other related expressions are
'to make eyes at someone'
'to make a pass at someone' (means it was not welcome, nor successful)
one very common one in spoken english, maybe more than 'flirt': 'to hit on someone'
