"touristic purpose"? I need to submit official letter that I need to travel somewhere for travel. Is it okay to say "I want to travel 'A country' for touristic purpose"? Or is there more commonly used expression?

I want to visit (name of country) as a tourist/on holiday (British English)/on vacation (American English). Any of the above options will do.
