Entrain = motivation, happiness, dynamism
ex : il a beaucoup d'entrain, il est gentil avec tout le monde, fait beaucoup de sport
En train (de) = in the process (of)
ex : il est en train de manger = he is eating (he is in the process of eating)
Usually, "en train (de)" is used with être. It is used just like "-ing" in English.
Whereas "entrain" is mostly used with "avoir", it is a quality people have.
