Football? Soccer?
What's the difference? Football and Soccer.

In England they are the same thing. However an English person would only really refer to it as Football.
In America they call American Football (NFL) , football. They refer to football as soccer.
To avoid confusion to a worldwide audience you could use Soccer although an English person may correct you and say its called Football :)

U.S:
-Football (Hands): sport using prolate spheroid (pointy egg shape) ball and thrown between players to reach opposite teams end zone.
-Soccer (Feet, hand only for goalie): sport where players must kick spherical ball towards the other teams goal
Most of the world:
-Soccer is known as Futbol/football/futball, or any variation of spelling depending on the country
