Hi,
Chick Flick is a genre of film, it is generally quite romantic and funny. The only real way to use it would be 'I love chick flicks!' or something like 'Do you enjoy chick flicks?'.
'Chick' is slang for women and so 'Chick flick' is a film genre aimed mainly at women.

Haha, its a slang phrase. Chick meaning woman, and flick meaning movie. So a chick flick is a movie thats made or liked mostly by woman. Its obviously a subjective idea as to what kind of movies they are calling chick flicks. In general they are drama movies about love and romance, woman trying to find love, or getting married , these are examples of movie topics that would be considered chick flicks.
